Camp · Sossusvlei and Deadvlei
A self-catering tented camp neighbouring Desert Camp, within the Namib Desert close to Sossusvlei Lodge. Units are equipped for independent self-catering, with communal outdoor cooking facilities and boma areas available. Guests may also pre-book buffet meals at Sossusvlei Lodge's restaurant. Rates available on Dinner, Bed & Breakfast; Bed & Breakfast; or Room Only (self-catering) basis. The full range of Sossusvlei Lodge Adventure Centre excursions — Sossusvlei & Deadvlei, Sesriem Canyon, Elim Dune, and sundowner drives — is accessible. An optional Grilled Dinner Buffet with Private Chef at the Desert Quiver Camp boma can be pre-booked for groups of 10–30.
FIT (≤4 rooms): 28–45 days before arrival: 75% of accommodation. 10–28 days: 85%. ≤10 days: 95%. No-show: 100%. Groups (5+ rooms): 45–60 days: 50%; 28–45 days: 75%; 10–28 days: 85%; ≤10 days: 95%; no-show: 100%. Group high-season deposit: 20% due 90 days prior to arrival. All bookings and cancellations must be submitted in writing.
