Self-catering campsites for individual travellers and smaller groups (2–10 persons per site) on the Okonjima Nature Reserve: private ablutions, undercover scullery and dining area, sundowner view point, firewood, communal pool, 220V electricity, fixed cooking spotlight and 2-plate gas stove. Guests bring own food, camping gear and sleeping items. Rates nett (no STO). Park Levy N$190 net ppn (adults 14y+). Children 7–13y 50%; 3–6y free. Child participation on activities is age-restricted; no guided bush walks for children under 12. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times; indemnity signed by parents for under-16s. No child minders provided.
FITs / small guided groups (confirmed rooming list): 60–31 days prior 25% | 30–14 days 50% | 13–7 days 75% | 6 days–no-show 90%. Block bookings: 90–60 days 25% | 59–30 days 50% | 29–7 days 80% | 6 days–no-show 90%. Provisional bookings held 14 days only, then auto-cancelled. Payment (operators without terms): strictly 60 days prior to arrival.
