Onguma's family-friendly camp (mostly fenced): 3 rondavels, 3 loft rooms and 3 family rooms, 8 Deluxe rooms and the Settlers' Room, all en-suite with aircon; pool, thatched bar/lounge and two massage rooms overlooking a large waterhole. Rack rates pp sharing DBB; Conservation Levy N$275 pp/night extra. 3-night DBB packages pp sharing: Rondavel N$6,660, Loft/Family N$7,788, Deluxe N$9,738, Settlers' N$10,299 (levy N$825). Children under 3 free; 3–11 sharing pay nett child rates (half the adult rate). 3 Deluxe rooms are in an unfenced section — not recommended for children. Game drives are on open safari vehicles; children under 7 not permitted unless a private game drive is booked. Children under 16 not permitted on walking safaris or hide activities.
FIT (max 3 rooms): 10% admin fee any date prior to 31 days before arrival | 15–30 days 25% | 8–14 days 50% | 0–7 days / no-show 100%. Campsites: 100% non-refundable if cancelled and not postponed. Groups (3+ rooms incl. guide room): 25% before 90 days | 30–90 days 25% | 14–29 days 50% | 0–14 days / no-show 100%; rooming list + 25% non-refundable deposit due 90 days before travel. Provisional bookings held 14 days (24h within cancellation period). Private/website bookings: 50% deposit at booking, balance 30 days prior.
