Shearwater Explorers Village.

A booking is cancelled if payment is not received in full 30 days prior to travel. A deposit is required within seven days of making the booking to confirm the reservation. For reservations within 30 days of travel the balance is due immediately and payable within 72 hours of booking. Cancellation within 30 days of travel attracts a full cancellation fee; cancellation 31–60 days prior attracts a partial fee. Groups require booking status updates at 90, 60 and 45 days before travel, and a final rooming list and full payment 45 days prior to arrival to avoid automatic release of the booking. Children up to 3 years are complimentary when sharing with parents, including breakfast but excluding lunch and dinner. Children 4 to 12 sharing with parents are accommodated on a child supplement. Children 13 and older are considered adults and must book their own room; an interleading room is provided if available. A room taken by children alone is charged at a reduced proportion of the adult tariff. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
