Camp · Bangweulu Wetlands
A small, four-tent bushcamp on a permanent tree-island in the Bangweulu Wetlands of northern Zambia, run by Remote Africa Safaris in partnership with African Parks. It is the only permanent camp operating in this remote wetland system, built around sightings of the elusive shoebill stork, with dedicated shoebill treks, walking safaris, game drives and canoe trips through the lily-filled floodplains. The surrounding wetlands also hold large herds of black lechwe, plus sitatunga, side-striped jackal and spotted hyena.
We hold contracted rates for Shoebill Island Camp and will send you a personalised quote within one working day. No commitment required.
