A tented camp on the Otjiwa reserve with 8 Luxury Tents and 2 two-room Family Luxury Tents (each with en-suite bathroom), plus 4 guide rooms. Bookable DBB or All Inclusive (2 activities per day, drinks & laundry included). Rack rates pp sharing incl. 15% VAT + 1% T-levy; commissionable STO = rack less 15%. Stays of 2+ nights: 10% discount per night. Children 0–3 years free sharing with parents; children 4–12 years 50% of rack rate sharing with parents. Child policy does not apply to extras.
25% deposit to confirm; balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days (FITs) / 60 days (groups). Groups of 7+ (incl. children & guides): 61+ days before arrival 15% of deposit paid; 60–22 days 25% of invoiced accommodation; 21–16 days 50%; 15–8 days 75%; 7–0 days 100% of invoiced amount.
