The main lodge on the Otjiwa game reserve near Otjiwarongo, with 22 Elegant Rooms on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, 7 two-bedroom Family Chalets available on a dinner, bed and breakfast or self-catering basis with a fully equipped kitchen and braai area and a minimum of 2 adults, plus 4 guide rooms and 5 campsites. Children aged 0–3 stay free sharing with their parents, and children aged 4–12 may share with parents under the lodge's child policy; the child policy does not extend to extras.

An exclusive retreat of just 5 Mountain Lodge Chalets on the Otjiwa reserve — designed as a tranquil, romantic escape and therefore not suitable for children. Bookable on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis or all-inclusive, which adds two activities per day along with drinks and laundry; a two-night Combo package pairs one dinner, bed and breakfast night with one all-inclusive night. Guides are accommodated in the guide rooms at Eagle's Rest.
